I created this mock project with Yujin Kim, a graphic designer, who transformed my copy into branded designs.

As the first step in the customer journey, audience members and targeted potential customers are shown these ads on Instagram and Facebook.
Encouraging them to take a quiz that generates leads & matches them with a product.
Instagram Ad Slide 1: As a viewer might find it on their phone
Instagram Ad Slide 2: Customers and clients are more discerning than ever, ads that offer value on social media are more appealing
Instagram Ad Slide 3: By explaining a bit of what CBD can do for the brain and body the IG AD offers value to readers
Instagram Ad Slide 4: It also addresses 3 key areas that CBD can help with, Sleep, Creativity, and Anxiety.
Instagram Ad Slide 5: In the final slide it gives a harder CTA instructing readers to take the quiz to get matched with their matching product
Facebook Ad: The FB AD is simplified as it is viewed on mobile and desktop devices + the differences in how FB ADs work.
After taking the quiz, the potential customer is shown their results with these landing pages.
The quiz would have questions that targeted their need (better sleep, less anxiety, or creative flow) as well as potential forms in the product line (tea, gummies, oil dropper, CBD bath bombs).
Since this is a speculative project, Yujin Kim and I agreed to limit the layouts to several products versus designing a full product line & ad campaign.
This customer journey ends with emails that were collected during the quiz.
First, quiz takers are sent a Welcome Email to confirm that they want to be on the list.
A few days later, if their customer profile isn’t updated with a purchaser tag, they are sent a reminder email based on their results.
In case the quiz matched them with a product they aren’t interested in, they are also encouraged to reach out to Cosmic Flora’s Customer Support Wizards for recommendations.
The Welcome Email that would go out to quiz takers (and other people joining the mailing list) to confirm their subscription.
Since a quiz taker would only get one results email, using the same layout (and even reusing some copy) made sense to keep Cosmic Flora's overall brand presence consistent.

All emails have sample A/B testing subject lines and snippets to test what would resonate with Cosmic Flora's customers.
